Ali El Maoula is a Managing Partner at Al Naqbi & Partners, in partnership with HNS Legal. Specialized in Contract and Corporate law, he oversees the full-service legal practice in the UAE and Lebanon.
Ali brings extensive experience in handling cross-border multi-million transactions and providing comprehensive business law services to his clients. Having successfully represented a wide range of clients including both public and private entities, in Lebanon and the Arab region, his expertise lies in handling complex and sophisticated legal matters.
With a keen understanding of the local and regional legal landscape, Ali has been instrumental in facilitating market-entry strategies for clients and supporting their foreign direct investment initiatives.
